I may be responsible for meeting production schedules, or service levels.
I have several associates – operators, front line or back office workers – that report to me. I struggle with helping them focus.
I want them to be more involved. I’ve tried several methods but something seems to be missing. Every time I try something new I get resistance. I don’t want to be driving flavor of the month, but that is sometimes how I feel.
