Real learning takes place by teaching concepts and engaging in meaningful dialogue which further cements the concepts being learned.
Our trainers are actually facilitators. We develop your WORK FORCE – associates and managers – by helping them teach their peers the content. One learns a concept best by teaching it to others. Success is judged by a rubric that outlines specific behaviors that must be exhibited by the associates and managers during the training.
This process helps develop skills in communication and leadership. The rubric requires demonstration of the ability to give objective feedback, receive feedback and ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate and have their say, and manage difficult situations, among others.
Each participant is a trainer and our facilitators ensure the learning environment is a safe place. Critical thinking is developed and emotion left at the door. This process elevates both engagement and retention.
