Learning by Doing

 Our workshops are designed with a mind to actively engage participants in all aspects of the workshop. We strive to draw each participant in through an understanding of the three ways adults learn, visual, tactile and auditory. We can tailor specifically to customer needs. If you have a tight budget you can tap into our open source training for basic fundamentals. With the exception of the open source workshops which is delivered by your own trainers, all content is delivered by our facilitators. For Shingo workshops, our only our Shingo Institute Certified Facilitators deliver content to ensure the purity and consistency of the Shingo Model™ content.

We recognize that most ideas are truly not original, but an expansion on others that already exist. Therefore, we eschew the “plug & play” approach to organizational excellence and focus on how things work given different cultural paradigms, which we address in each workshop delivery.

The more we work with customers, the broader our scope of experience and our continuing ability to focus on, and address, customer pinch points. To help drive the journey to organizational excellence, we offer workshops both open and closed to the public.

With the exception of our open source training, all workshops are conducted at a host site location, whether virtual or face-to-face.
